Introduction:
Initial Military Training (IMT) Procedures:
1. Use green chat bubble when conducting training
2. Do not rush through the training script, ensure that your Cadets learned something
3. You need to be at least an NCO conduct IMT
4. Once your Cadet have completed the programme, remember to post them.
5. Only copy and paste the text in bold.
Promotion after Training
Recruits will receive their promotions at the end of their trainings, however the promotions are segregated into 2 different levels. The ranks will be decided accordingly by their respective instructors.
For Recruits attaining E-1 Private - Recruit has passed the test and show good understanding of the training.
For Recruits attaining E-2 Private First Class - Recruit has passed the test, showed good understanding of the training and asked good questions during the training to display interest in HAF.

HAF Chain of Command
In HAF we follow a simple system called the Chain of Command.
It starts of with "Enlisted" which is you, followed by Non-Commissioned Officers (NCO) which are like supervisors
Information within the HAF is passed down in through the Chain of Command, to prevent confusions.
Warrant Officers (WO) are like managers and finally Officers which are like the managers/ directors.
Always address an NCO by their "rank, name". Address WOs by calling them "Chief"
Always address a Commissioned Officer by "Sir/ Ma'am" depending on his/ her habbo gender.

Directives and Rules
When working in HAF you have to obey basic rules and simple orders
1. When reporting to work, no personnels are allowed to sit at the lobby
2. You are only allowed one military/ agency job at a time, please do not double job.
3. Never go Away From Keyboard (AFK) from the front row.
4. Always obey the habbo way (Do not insult or use foul language, etc)
5. Personnels that are inactive without approved leave for more than 7 days will be discharged as AWOL
If you are founded disregarding the rules, disciplinary actions will be taken

HAF Enlisted Jobscopes
When reporting for work, your job is to recruit new enlistees via the front desk.
When a visitor visits the HQ, greet them wholeheartedly and if they are keen to join. Instruct them:
1. Change their motto to " HAF : Recruit "
2. Put on a uniform on one of the mannequins
3. Click on the group pennant, join the badge "HAF: Friends & Supporters" and remember to favourite it
4. Ensure that they have everything ready (Do a check at this point)
5. Get your enlistee to line up by the sentry door, they will be let in for training
This will be your job as an Enlisted rank. Any Questions?

HAF Commands and Procedures
In HAF we there are a few commands that you will hear.
FTF - Fill The Front: Means to fill the front row and do your duties
FTB - Fill The Back: Means when personnel need to go AFK or retire will go to the sofas at the back to do so
Next will be one of the most commonly used and important procedure in HAF
Attention!: This is usually given in bold and red colored bubble. Means to get up from your seat and remain silent
Attention on Deck!: Usually when this command is called, everyone in headquarters asides afk will stand.
This Attention command is usually shouted by the highest rank in duty when "a commissioned officer walks into base"

Report!: When a commission officer calls out for you to do a reporting procedure
You are required to marched forward in front of the officer, make sure you are facing him/her
Next, do a hand salute, type o/. Followed by shouting "Reporting as ordered, Sir/Ma'am!"
After all procedures required are completed you will be given a following command.
Dismissed!: Upon the "Dismissed!" command, you will do another hand salute and quickly march back
Note that when you are back to your position you are still to remain in attention until a command is given.
At Ease/ Carry on/ As you were: This command finally allows you to resume your HQ duties.
