Regulation II. (Attire Directives)
Part I : Uniform Enforcement
Uniforms are to be worn while inside the headquarters as well as within any of the facilities in HAF at all times unless otherwise authorized by a Senior Authority, or any case events that has been approved by the CSA. Uniforms are also required to be put on when visiting ally military in a form of representation of the HAF.
All Recruits are required to put on the recruit attire through the headquarters' mannequins
All Enlisted, NCO personnels holding the rank of Private (E-1) - Sergeant Major (E-9) are required to put on the working or service uniform, through the mannequins in the recruit's training room.
Part II: Uniform Guidelines
Working Uniform
The working uniform is for all pay-grades in HAF, whereas the colour will be as follows:
Top: Non-HC Dark Brown (Military Jacket)
Bottom: Non-HC Dark Brown (Military Pants)
Belt: Non-HC Dark Brown belt
Shoes: Non-HC Brown rounded shoes
Headgear: Non-HC Dark Brown Cap or Camouflage Cap
Recruit Outfits:
HAF: Male Recruit Outfit HAF: Female Recruit Outfit
Service Uniform (Non-Commissioned Officers)
The service uniform can only worned by Enlisted, NCOs and Warrant Officers and will have colours as follows:
Top: HC Olive Green/ Non-HC Olive Green pocketed shirt or blouse (for females)
Bottom: Non-HC Grey/ HC Black pocket pants or short skirt (only for females)
Belt: Non-HC Grey/ HC Black belt (Are not to be worn with skirts for females)
Shoes: Non-HC Grey/ HC Black rounded shoes or heels (only for females wearing skirt)
Coat*: Non-HC Grey/ HC Black coat and Non-HC White/ HC White buttons.
The Coat is strictly for Warrant Officers and above only. Note for female personnels, you are not allowed to put on a coat if you are wearing a skirt.

Personnel skin colours
As mentioned in (Legislations, Regulation I: Terms of Service, Section I) all HAF personnels are to be treated fairly and should not be discriminated accordingly by their race. However skin colours that all personnels are wearing are to be appropriate human colours. The following skin colours are forbidden in HAF:
Male & Female Hairstyles
Below are the approved hairstyles to be worn in HAF, personnels are allowed to have any coloured hair. The colors that marks in the pictures represents:
Red: Forbidden in HAF
Green: Allowed in HAF
Purple: Allowed in HAF but not allowed to be put on along hats

Hats and Head Accessories
The following head accessories are permitted to be worn by HAF personnels, note that hats/covers are not to be worn simultaneously with head accessories. The colors that are approved for hats and head accessories in HAF are Non-HC: Grey, Red, Khaki, Dark Brown, Dark Blue, Olive Green and HC-BlackNote: Any head accessories that can be bought from habbo's catalogue or limited offer (In exception of the bow tie) are not allowed to be worn in base unless directed by the CSA, VCSA or CPA
In general all HC hats are not permitted to be worn in HAF. The following hats/covers are permitted to be worn in HAF (in condition of personnel's service attire):
- Non-HC beret
- Non-HC Cap
- Catalogue: Side Cap
- Catalogue: Military Parade Cap
- Catalogue: Drill Sergeant Hat
- Catalogue: Camo Cap

Facial hair and Accessories
The following facial hair & accessories are permitted to be worn by HAF personnels. Facial hair is strictly for male personnels. Blush is only allowed in Non-HC red and pink. Facial hair is allowed to be any in colour. Note: Any facial hair and accessories that can be bought from habbo's catalogue or limited offer (In exception of the sideburns and beard (for males)) are not allowed to be worn in base unless directed by the CSA, VCSA or CPA

An eyepatch may only be worn after attaining AMT <O> (Completion of Officer Candidate School).Note: Any eyewears that can be bought from habbo's catalogue or limited offer are not allowed to be worn in base unless directed by the CSA, VCSA or CPA.
