Introductory:
The following Terms of Service revolves around the Habbo Armed Forces (HAF). The Terms of Service is formed and edited by the HAF, Chief of Staff Army, the Department of the Army, However the terms of Service are formed and written to fit the best interest of the HAF personnel and military branch as a whole.

Arrangement of Sections: Part I
Section I: Personnel
SubSection I - Terms of Enlistment
SubSection II - ADF personnels are treated with equal right and have rights to express themselves freely, but not in a condition to:
1. Break the habbo way
2. Inflict direct hurt to any habbo within the workzone
3. Obstruct any Sections/ SubSections in the Terms of Service
SubSection III - HAF personnels that are found disregarding the Terms of Service, Personnels will have actions take against them.
Which may/may not be inclusive of:
1. Receive an immediate demotion/strike in relation to the offence
2. Receive a Dishonourable Discharge
3. Removal of Rights and Admin to hallways and badge, etc
4. Issued a strike or put to probation
5. A screenshot taken as proof and reported to a senior officer
SubSection IV - All personnels are to be treated fairly and with respect, no personnels should ever be discriminated of the following:
1. Race
2. Gender (inclusive of gay, lesbians, etc)
3. Personal Interests/ Hobbies
4. Outfit (This does not include cross-dressing HAF uniforms, female and male personnels are required to be in appropriate attire when reporting for duty "Refer to II. Regulations (Attire Directives)", not following the order will be charged as defrauding.)
SubSection V - All personnels have the rights to enlist and should not be rejected at any point of time, unless:
1. He/She has malicious intent towards the HAF with evidence
2. Is an exisiting member of a trashing group (i.e Mafias)
3. Is in HAF's record of Dishonourably Discharged or Do-Not-Rehire List
SubSection VI - All personnels have rights to leave the workplace at any point of time. At any time, if a personnel wants to resign, will
have apply for a Honourable Discharge. Likewise, personnel that resigned or resigned without prior notice will be placed under Absence
Without Official Leave or Dishourable Discharge. Subsequently, Honourable Discharged Personnels that have left and wishes to join
back are welcomed. They will be offered ranks as follows:
E1 - E3 (Rank before resgination) - E-1 (Rank when returned)
E4 - E6 (Rank before resignation) - E3 or lower (Rank when returned)
E7 - E9 (Rank before resignation) - E4 - E6 or lower (Rank when returned)
O0 - O3 (Rank before resignation) - E7 - O0 or lower (Rank when returned)
O4 - O6 (Rank before resignation) - O0 - O3 or lower (Rank when returned)
O7+ (Rank before resignation) - O6 or lower (Rank when returned)
Personnels that are Dishonourably Discharged may seek the DMR, and submit a pardon or a reinstatement
form.
SubSection VII - Personnel's code of conduct are regularly monitored, any misconduct will be taken care of. Personnels that wishes to submit
a complaint on another personnel's misconduct, will have to send an appeal to the Department of Commissar, and a Dishonourable Discharge
will only be issued on the last resorts of any mis-behavioural actions, it will be as follows:
1. Double jobbing
2. Self-Promotion
3. Not adhering to Regulations, despite of warnings
4. Treason, giving out classified HAF information
5. Threatening any HAF senior personnels
E1 - E6 Personnels are authorized for a dishonourable discharge by E9 and above
E7 - E9 Personnels are authorized for a dishonourable discharge by any Officer
O0 - O6 are authorized for a dishonourable discharge by any Flag Grade Officer
O7+ are authorized for dishonourable discharge by the Chief of Staff Army and Vice Chief of Staff Army
Section II: Ranks and Responsibilities
SubSection I: Council Rank and Roles
SubSection II: Chief of Staff of the Army(Executive Level II - HSC) is a statutory office, held by a four-star General. This position held by the most senior Commissioned Officer in HAF is also assigned as a military advisor and a deputy to the defence secretary. The CSA holds authority over most HAF affairs and these executive authority include:
1. Legislation Decision
2. Directorial Settlement
3. Jurisdiction Enforcement
4. Administration Protocol(s)
5. Directives and Policies Decision(s)
6. Legal Affairs
7. Enforcing Army plans, policies and Projection
SubSection III: Vice-Chief of Staff of the Army(Executive Level III - HSC) is a principal deputy to the CSA and also the second highest ranking active officer in HAF. Under the command of the Department of Army, the VCSA assists the CSA in missions and functions related to auditing, inspector general, legislative, and public affairs. The VCSA hold executive rights that includes:
1. Legislation Decision
2. Jurisdiction Enforcement
3. Administration Protocol(s)
4. Directives and Policies Decision(s)
5. Legal Affairs
6. Enforcing Army plans, policies and Projection
7. Directorial Decision(s)
8. Endorse Public Affairs
SubSection IV: Director of Manpower & Reserves (Executive Level IV - OSA) the Office of Manpower & Reserves supervises HAF strategy, policy and compliance related to functions such as recruiting, readiness and mobilization, civilian and military manpower, the review of soldier records, force structure policy, manpower analysis and critical matters pertaining to Reserve Affairs. The DMR contains duties to:
1. Supervise all transferring personnels into HAF
2. Process Discharges/ Resignations
3. Administer pardons and reinstatement
4. Assure that personnel received a fair promotion/demotion
5. Managing Personnels within OMR
6. Handle administrative work assigned by the CSA
SubSection V: Inspector General of the Army (Executive Level IV - OSA) The Office of the Inspector General conducts and oversees investigations of allegations regarding: the misconduct of senior HAF officials, civilian and military; whistleblower reprisal against service members, defense contractor employees and DoD civilian employees (appropriated and non-appropriated fund). The IGA contains duties to:
1. Conducting AWOL checks on HAF Personnels
2. Issuing demerits upon personnels vilating the terms of service
3. Conducting background checks
4. Upholding Legislations within HAF Headquarters
5. Handle tasks assigned by the CSA
SubSection VI: Chief of Public/ Foreign Affairs (Executive Level IV - OSA) Habbo Armed Forces Office of Chief of Public/ Foreign Affairs primary responsibilities are to assess the public affairs situation, advise senior leaders on public affairs issues, and assist them in making well-informed decisions, and translate the decisions into effective public affairs operations. The CPFA contains duties to:
1. Strengthen bonds with allied organisations
2. Organize and present internal events for HAF
3. Organize and presetn external events for other organisations
4. Establish quality publicity of HAF in the habbo groups floor
5. Managing and synchronize all functions and events in HAF
6. Take charge of tasks assigned by the CSA
SubSection V: Director of Army Command (Executive Level IV - OSA) Office of Army Command develops, educates and trains soldiers, civilians, and leaders and supports unit training; and designs, builds and integrates a versatile mix of capabilities, formations, and equipment to strengthen the Habbo Armed Forces. The DAC contains duties to:
1. Train and Assess all Personnels and Recruits
2. Grading of present training techniques in associate of training designs, capabilities and formations
3. Propose better training schemes to ensure best outcomes are attained.
4. Managing Officer Candidate school
5. Ensure the advance training is provided to raise personnel qualities
6. Ensure personnels are given exams to qualify for promotion.
7. Take charge of taks assigned by the CSA
SubSection VI: Chief of Special Operation Command (Executive level IV - OSA) Department of SOCOM, the primary mission of the SOCOM is to train and lead unconventional warfare (UW) forces as well as external warfare and raiding. The CSOCOM ensures that HAF - UW Forces are always ready for assault in times of war. The CSOCOM contains duties to:
1. Commence war against enemy organisations
2. Declaring enemy organisations in relation of OPA
3. Ensure all HAF personnel's safety from enemy forces
4. Training and grading personnel's raiding qualities
5. Ensure security is present within HAF Headquarters
6. Take Charge of tasks assigned by the CSA
SubSection VII: Sergeant Major of the Army (Executive level IV - OSA) is a unique non-commissioned rank and position of office in the Habbo Armed Forces. The SMA is appointed to serve as a spokesman to address the issues of enlisted soldiers to all officers, from warrant officers and lieutenants to the Army's highest positions. The SMA contains duties to:
1. Training and grading of NCOs.
2. Handling of NCOs relationships and associations.
3. Mentoring and giving guidance to NCO's within their branch.
4. Promoting Enlisted personnels and assisting their growth.
5. Assisting the CSA with any other required duties.
Section III: Code of Conduct
SubSection I: Personnels Rules and Regulations
SubSection II: Appropriate Personnel Uniform, Motto and Personnel ID are to be put on at all times in times of duty.
The CSA, VCSA and DPA has rights to make any amendments to the Uniform policy in relation to Public Affairs events.
SubSection III: All personnels are required to abide the colour chat conduct in and out of HAF facilities.
1. At regular times, HAF personnels should be only using white chat bubble
2. Red chat bubbles are used for Attention, Reporting procedures.
3. Green chat bubbles are used for training, advance training procedures
4. Yellow chat bubbles are used for making announcements in HQ
The CSA, VCSA and CPA has authority to the colour chat conduct in relation to Public Affairs events.
SubSection IV: Movement and activities in HAF Headquarters, Personnels should not be wearing any type of effect neither to be dancing in any facilities of the HAF, unless dancing is included in trainings or approved by the CSA, VCSA or CPA. Personnels and visitors should be warned by a senior personnel before
issuing a strike, dishonourable discharge or any form of punishment.
SubSection V: Discrimination against race, heritage, looks or wealth will not be tolerated under ANY circumstance.
SubSection VI: If an unreasonable act is done and it can be verified then, regardless of rank and/or position, the offender will be punished accordingly.
SubSection VII: Personnels with room rights and badge admin. Only Officers with pay-grade O-5 Lieutenant Colonel and above are trusted with room rights and Directors of various MOS may/may not hold badge admin to personnel or dignitary badge. However personnels that abuses that power for personal interests will be punished accordingly. Personnels with Room Rights are to follow the Room rights conduct as follows:
1. Do not eject, move or rotate and furniture in any HAF premises
2. Kick, mute or ban personnels or visitors without warning
3. Open gates (Using Room Rights) to allow visitors with no dignitary pass into the headquarters
4. Removing personnels immediately from personnel identification badge, without undergoing investigations
Misconducts will result in punishment regards to the situation. The CSA and VCSA has authority to amend the conduct without prior notice.
SubSection VIII: Alternate accounts are allowed into the HAF premises. Each personnel is limited to bringing 1 alternate account into base. But each alternate account is not limited to do any of the following:
1. Command. promote or assign tasks to lower rank personnels with your alternate accounts
2. Alternate accounts are not allowed to be used to work in HAF
3. Do not bring alternate accounts that are used in classified HAF operations (raids, patrols, etc)
4. Alternate accounts that claims to be a personnel working in HAF, will be ignored. Always bring your working account and alternate account into HAF premises at the same time.
5. Do not change the name of your alternate account, you can seek approval from the DMR to get your alternate account name changed on the forums.
SubSection IX: Warfare and Raiding. Personnels with private disputes with other players in other habbo organisations are not limited to declare the following as an enemy organisation nor start a war. All personnels should resolve private issues themselves. Note that only the CSA, VCSA, CPA and CSOCOM can declare war on another habbo organisation.
SubSection X: Enforced Restrictions. Mentioned in (Regulations I: Terms of Service,Arrangement of Sections: Part A, Section I, SubSection IV) all personnels are treated fairly with workforce rights. Bias against personnel are disallowed in any HAF premises, any personnels caught with such act will be dealt accordingly. Any act of the following will be dealt with and deemed as fraud and bias-ness against personnels:
1. Constantly promoting a subordinate, due to relationships
2. Issue punishments to a subordinate over a personal dispute with a intimate personnel
3. Issue punishments to personnels that you don't like over private reasons, without investigation.[/b]
SubSection XI(a): HAF Strike System. The strike system in HAF consists of 4 different levels and can be issued by the CSA, VCSA, IGA. This strike system is as follows:
1. Strike #1 - Warning by authority and promotion locked for 3 days
2. Strike #2 - Warning by authority and promotion locked for 7 days
3. Strike #3 - Warning by authority , promotion locked for 11 days and immediate demotion
4. Strike #4 - Dishonourable Discharge
(b): Personnels that are usually issued with strikes are found committing the following common offences:
1. Self Promotion
2. Double Jobbing
3. Violating the Habbo Way
4. Unbecoming of a HAF personnel (losing soldier bearings)
5. Going Absent Without Official Leave (no login records for at least 7days)
6. Treason
7. Failure to comply with HAF Terms of Service
8. Insubordination
9. Disobeying orders
Section IV: Visitors Policy
SubSection I: Visitors & Dignitary Conduct
SubSection II: All visitors or lobby campers are to be treated with the utmost due respect, such as HAF personnel of the same rank would receive.
SubSection III: Although HAF : Dignitaries are allowed into the the officer's mess, they are also to be treated with the same respect as HAF personnel, visitors and personnels with dignitaries identification, may not give orders to HAF personnel. Any misconduct within HAF premises will be kicked after warnings and dignitary holders will have their dignitary identification removed.
SubSection IV:Visitors should always abide the colour chat conduct written in (Arrangement of Sections: Part A, Section III, SubSection III), any misconduct within HAF premises will be kicked with warning and dignitary holders will have their dignitary identification removed.

SubSection XI(a): HAF Strike System. The strike system in HAF consists of 4 different levels and can be issued by the CSA, VCSA, IGA. This strike system is as follows:
1. Strike #1 - Warning by authority and promotion locked for 3 days
2. Strike #2 - Warning by authority and promotion locked for 7 days
3. Strike #3 - Warning by authority , promotion locked for 11 days and immediate demotion
4. Strike #4 - Dishonourable Discharge
(b): Personnels that are usually issued with strikes are found committing the following common offences:
1. Self Promotion
2. Double Jobbing
3. Violating the Habbo Way
4. Unbecoming of a HAF personnel (losing soldier bearings)
5. Going Absent Without Official Leave (no login records for at least 7days)
6. Treason
7. Failure to comply with HAF Terms of Service
8. Insubordination
9. Disobeying orders
Section IV: Visitors Policy
SubSection I: Visitors & Dignitary Conduct
SubSection II: All visitors or lobby campers are to be treated with the utmost due respect, such as HAF personnel of the same rank would receive.
SubSection III: Although HAF : Dignitaries are allowed into the the officer's mess, they are also to be treated with the same respect as HAF personnel, visitors and personnels with dignitaries identification, may not give orders to HAF personnel. Any misconduct within HAF premises will be kicked after warnings and dignitary holders will have their dignitary identification removed.
SubSection IV:Visitors should always abide the colour chat conduct written in (Arrangement of Sections: Part A, Section III, SubSection III), any misconduct within HAF premises will be kicked with warning and dignitary holders will have their dignitary identification removed.
