NCO/SEL's Final Test
All tests are completed by a XO+ Officer in the Office of Manpower and Reserves, anyone caught cheating will be punished and lose rank.
Question 1: Name all the roles of the 'front desk' or 'FTF':
Answer: Assistance of recruiting civilians into the HAF by, Greeting and the assistance of all three steps of the recruitment process; Motto, badge and uniform.
Question 2: What are some qualities a good NCO should posses?
Answer: A good NCO should posses qualities such as; Willingness to learn, potential for leadership.etc.
Question 3: What is section 3 titled as?
Answer: Code of conduct
Question 4: Name some ways to spot a 'clone':
Answer: Look at creation date, number of friends and they way they act.
Upon completion of the test, dismiss them and post the results on the Selectee list the following day. Please explain this to the pupil. When this process is finished please speak to a Senior rank inside OMR and discuss the progress of the pupil.
