Selectee Process
The Habbo Armed Forces has several of its members join by transfer, these people that transfer are known as 'Selectees' they all belong to different rank groups we have; our Non-Commissioned officers/Selectee, our Warrant Officer/Selectee, and then last but not least our Officer/Selectees. Each rank group has different rigorous steps and tests they need to complete before they have their final rank. If they don't complete all the set tasks to a good standard their transfers are denied for 14 days when they then have the opportunity to begin the whole process again. Maximum of 3 tries before they are added to the never rehire list.
NCOS Process
The NCOs have the much easier process they must only complete Two steps before they have the chance to complete a test on everything they have learn't or already know. Step 1: All Participants must read the legislation and memorise as much as possible. (and tell the DMR or the DDMR when the step has been finished). Step 2: All participants must complete two or three AMTs. (and tell the DMR or the DDMR when the step has been finished). Step 3: Test All participants must take a test 7 days after they have started the process, ready or not. If and when they pass they will receive their final rank and be able to join a MOS.
WOS Process
The WOs have a much harder process then the NCOS, they must complete all Three steps before they have the chance to complete a test on everything they have learn't or already know. Step 1: All participants must read the Legislation in full and send a PM to the CSA of any suggestions to add to the legislation.( the CSA will tell the DMR or the DDMR of when this has been completed to a good standard). Step 2: All participants must complete three of four AMTs. (when this step is finished the WO/SEL must tell the DMR or the DDMR when the step is finished). Step 3: The WOs have to promote an enlisted rank under the supervision of a senior officer. ( the senior officer will tell the DMR or the DDMR when the step is finished). Step 4: all WOS must complete a test 7 days after they have started the process, ready or not. If and when they pass they will receive their final rank and be able to join a MOS.
OFFS Process
The OFFs have the hardest process of all of the other ranks, they must complete all Four steps before they have the chance to complete a test on everything the have learn't and know. Step 1: All participants must read the legislation in full and send a Pm to the CSA of a Mock Legislation which they must make up. ( the CSA will tell the DMR or the DDMR of when this has been completed to an excellent standard.
**** all of these must be completed correctly
