At the Office of Manpower and Reserves one of our main jobs is to transfer personnel into our fine establishment, To transfer a person you must follow these guidelines: - You must be sitting at the Transfer desk, when you greet victims offering them a transfer. - If someone wants a transfer, you take them into the cubicle for an interview (the commands for the gates are; :door1 and :door2) - When you begin the interview start by welcoming them to HAF and introducing yourself. - Then you start by finding out about their experience, you will need to find out; where they have been, what they have been, and for how long have they been in that military. - Once this has been found out you must find out 'where they are coming from' like; values, goals and what things mean to them like leadership and teamwork. - This is usually the end of the interview, then you must go through your answers and ask questions if the information doesn't make sense, Always go with your gut feeling. From there you have completed the interview and can begin the grading of all the answers here are some tips to think about while grading; - Spelling and Grammar, people with good grammar and spelling are usually more experience then people without. - Can you see this person as an asset of HAF? - Is this person actually experienced? Once one of the /SEL ranks are locked in you must get the newly selectee too; - Redo their Motto - Request the ID badge - Wear an appropriate uniform for their rank - Register for forums. When this is all finished you must post them correctly on the PTL. Note only members of the OMR can do transfers.
